The Annual General Meeting of the Society will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday 1 April 2023 at 180 Spa Hill.

Items for the agenda and any motions must be delivered in writing to the Society Office by Sunday 19 March 2023. Members proposing and seconding a motion must both sign the motion submitted for debate.

Nomination forms for election for the President and to the Management Committee are available from distribution or from the office.

Completed nomination forms signed by the proposer, seconder and by the candidate (all of which must be current members) must be returned to the Society office by Saturday 19 March 2023. Nominations will only be accepted when submitted on the official Society form.

Copies of the annual accounts will be available from the office at least one week before the meeting.

Please note that the party is for members only.

The Office and Shop will be closed from Sunday 4 Dec 2022 (12 noon). They will reopen at 10 am on Saturday 4 Feb 2023 and then continue to be open from 10 am to 12 noon on Saturdays and Sundays, as usual.

The skip area will now be closed until February 2023.

Any person fly-tipping in this area, or anywhere on site, will have their tenancy terminated.
